Can I remove an item from my order?

Yes. From the shopping cart you can remove the items you do not want as long as you have not processed the payment for the order. If not, you will have to wait to return it when the package arrives.

You can receive it at the address you choose (home, work, not in a PO box).

Can the country of delivery be different from the country of purchase?

When will you receive your order?

In the Peninsula and the Balearic Islands your order will take from 1 to 3 business days. In the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla between 3 and 5 business days. Shipments to Europe take between 3 and 5 business days, and between 7 and 10 for Denmark, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, and Slovenia. We ship to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia, United Kingdom. Your order may be delayed during sales seasons, Christmas or national holidays.

How much do I have to pay for shipping costs?

Except for promotions in which free shipping costs are enjoyed, shipping costs are calculated automatically in the purchase process.

For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, customs charges at destination and other taxes (tariffs) are not included; It will be the recipient who will have to pay them in cash in order to receive the merchandise.

Can I track the status of my order?

Yes, you can track your order at any time, from the confirmation of the purchase to its delivery, either from the “My account” area or through a link to the page of the transport company included in the confirmation email, depending on the characteristics of the shipment.

Can I exchange any item?

You have 30 days to make any change or return. Go to our Att Center. to the customer, write to us and we will process your change or return. Keep in mind that changes are subject to stock availability when they arrive at our warehouse. If we don’t have your size in stock, we’ll suggest you exchange it for another model. It’s faster to return the order and make a new one with your correct size. In case of returning part of the order, if the total amount of the unreturned products exceeds the minimum to qualify for the free shipping offer, shipping costs will not be refunded.

Returns and exchanges

Can I exchange any item?

An exchange for another size (indistinctly larger or smaller) of the same product purchased or of a different product will be accepted. The exchange period for products will be 365 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order. In order to be exchanged, the product must be in perfect condition (unused) and keep its original packaging in perfect condition.

Do I have to pay anything to request a return?

In the event of a return due to the exercise of the right of withdrawal (change of opinion about the purchase, as long as it is admissible): basq will proceed to reimburse the amount of the product(s) returned, through the same means of payment by which the purchase was made by the Customer, deducting only the shipping costs of the order initially paid and without the Customer being returned the shipping costs incurred by the latter in order to return the product(s) to basq.

What is the deadline to make a return?

The return period is 365 business days that will start from the day the order is delivered.
