Exchange and Returns Policy
We understand that if you are choosing our products, you share our concern for the environment. We have worked hard to design, produce and transport our products with as little impact as possible. Can we count on you to help us further reduce CO2 emissions by avoiding unnecessary returns? We appreciate your commitment to being part of this positive change.
Exchange/Return Period
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request an exchange or return. We require the item(s) to be in unused condition, in its original condition and packaging.
Exchanges: We process exchanges much faster than refunds. As soon as your return for exchange is in transit to our warehouse, we can ship your new selected product. Exchanges are available for all countries within 30 days from the date of delivery.
- Spain: Exchanges are free of charge.

- Spain: Returning your order to exchange it for another size, product or shop credit is free of charge. You can get a monetary refund in the same payment method in which the purchase was made, with a cost of 4,99€. We will proceed with the refund once we receive the products in our warehouse and confirm that they are in unused condition. We will issue a full refund on items, but customers will not be reimbursed for the initial delivery charges paid when placing an order with basq company.
Please note: Customers from the Canary Islands must pay return customs fees to receive the goods in our warehouse and have their refund approved.
- Rest of European Union and UK: You can get a refund in the same payment method in which the purchase was made, with a cost of 13,85€. We will proceed with the refund once we receive the products in our warehouse and confirm that they are in unused condition. Get a returns label here.
We will issue a full refund on items, but customers will not be reimbursed for the initial shipping costs paid when placing an order with basq company.
Important note: We do not cover return shipping costs for international orders. If for any reason you receive a damaged product, please contact us at contacto@basqcompany.com, and we will arrange an exchange or refund at our expense.
No returns or exchanges will be accepted on Outlet items.
Returns and Exchanges Policy: The customer is responsible for the item(s) until it has been delivered to our warehouse. Please keep your receipt until you receive your refund in your original payment method or we have approved your return/refund. basq company does not accept items that do not have the original box or that have been worn, altered or washed.
